PLAYER TWO

A retro video game about the two of you.

You tell us the small things only you know. The washing machine you named, the goose that chased him, the thing he always says. We turn them into a short game he plays on his phone. Your message is waiting at the end.

Reserve a founder spot

€49 for the first 20 games, delivered before 14 December. €89 after launch.

How it works

  1. Tell us your story

About 15 minutes on your phone. We ask about real moments, one at a time, and you can skip any question.

  2. We build the game

Pixel art, chiptune music and your moments as places to walk around. You play it first and can fix anything that's off.

  3. They press start

You get a private link that opens on the day you choose. It plays in the browser, about 20 minutes, nothing to install.

Yes, it's made with AI

AI writes the game from your answers. It can only use what you told us, and every line is checked against your answers, so it never makes up a memory.

For the founder games, a person plays every game before you get it.

Founder games

€49 instead of €89. There are 20 spots in total.

  • Delivered before 14 December, in time for Christmas.
  • The gift link opens on the date you pick.
  • Reserving is free. We email you when your spot opens, and you pay then.
Who is it for?

An estimate is fine.

Your spot is reserved.

We'll email you when your story questions are ready, before the end of November. You pay €49 then, or nothing if you change your mind.

Questions

What is it, exactly?

A short adventure game in the style of the handheld games from the 90s. They walk around, look at things and talk to people. The places and objects come from your answers. It takes about 20 minutes and ends with a message from you, word for word.

Is it made by AI?

Yes. The AI writes the text and places your details in the game, using only what you told us. Every game is checked before delivery, and you see it before they do.

What happens to what I tell you?

We use your answers only to make the game. They're deleted 30 days after the gift date. The game itself stays online for 12 months, at a private link, and you can ask us to delete it sooner.

What if they don't play games?

That's fine. There's no way to lose, the controls are four arrows and one button, and every room tells you what to do next.

What do they need to play it?

A phone or a computer with a browser. It works on iPhone and Android, and with a keyboard on a laptop. You also get a copy to download and keep.
